Sugar free followup
i was kind of disappointed in myself since i only did it for 5 days, but i said to myself: at least i tried! 5 days is huge compared to my usual. and the best part is, it made me VERY aware of what foods contain sugar. who knew popcorn is an ok choice if you don’t want to have sugar? sorry i didn’t update sooner. honestly, i have just been very lazy. so, for those of you who tried, how did you do?
sugar free day 1
ok, so not entirely. i’m still allowing myself healthy sugars/foods with sugar in them. like fruit and peanut butter. just thought i would make that clear! but anyway, instead of a pb and j sandwich for lunch i made myself a wrap because just a pb sandwich would be…ehhh. and when i got home, the time i almost always have something with sugar, i cut up a bunch of fruit! i noticed that after dinner is when i crave sugar. but i think instead i’m gonna have some popcorn. for any of you joining me this week, how are you doing? i want to know! ???
