just had a good amount of brownies. but regretting it isn’t going to help anything. remember, one day off track isn’t going to ruin your progress. i mean i DID do some HIIT running on the treadmill this morning. that’s saying something for the second day! i’m done eating for tonight and am about to drink as much water as i can. (:

these last two weeks i’ve been looking forward to my workouts. I LOVE IT! and i’ve noticed having an apple with peanut butter before really helps keep me energized.
